Aspen Chiropractic is an excellent place for treatment. I have seen quite a few chiropractors, and I think Dr. Gurney is definitely one of the better ones in terms of knowledge and understanding of the human body/alignment. Dr. Gurney is probably the most skilled Chiropractor I have visited in 30 years! However, he is a bit expensive, his staff isn't very friendly, and when I had a billing issue they weren't helpful in helping me resolve it. I don't think I will be going back.
Dr. Gurney was a joke. I was recommended to him, so thought I would be in capable hands, but his care was unacceptable. He was flustered while asking questions about where my pain was and then didn't take x-rays to check my spine to make informed decisions about treatment. He kept suggesting additional treatments that "insurance doesn't cover" and some of it was seriously ridiculous.
