Worst experience! They gave me the wrong appointment time after which my daughter woke up from her anesthesia like a total scared and upset. Once I got her home, I realized they did the wrong treatment! They refused to own up to their mistake and in no way helped to rectify the issue! Will never go to them again.
My daughter has a complex medical history so she was terrified to go to the dentist. They were so good. And she got great care. I would recommend them to anyone.
Our 4 yr old had a cavity between his front teeth...we were given the option between a $600 crown or extracting his teeth. We debated between the crown and extraction...Dr Howell told us there were no risks or downsides to extracting his teeth. We decided to have his teeth extracted since he'd be losing them in the next year or two anyway and Dr Howell agreed with our decision. All the assistants are great and make the kids feel comfortable. The decor and movies help the kids like coming and they feel safe. Laura was our assistant today and was awesome. Dr. Howell is quick with the kids so the whole process is not so agonizing. Thanks!
The office Staff was friendly but the dentist was not very personable. The first thing he told me when I came in was that he is very sensitive to people and their financial situations. However, after finding out that my child had 3 very small cavities, the office manager gave me estimates of $517 for 3 white fillings or $85 for 3 silver caps. and YES I had insurance. My family and I went to this dentist. I didn't really like the dentist much, and their prices are higher than most in the area. The quality of the work is good, but it didn't seem to make up for it. I would keep looking around.
Taking my child to the Pediatric Dentistry in Orem was the best decision I could've made for my child and our family. Dr. Howell and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They made sure my child was happy and I left feeling more better about going to the dentist than I ever have before. I highly recommend Dr. Howell and his specially trained staff! They cared about my childs well being, my concerns, and made it a fun day for me and my kids.
