Their internet manager was helpful, though it seems they had sold the vehicle before I even submitted a request about it. Not too happy about that, but at least they told me that before I went in to see it.
Awesome experience! I was nervous financing my first car but they took care of me. Jared was amazing and had all the answers I needed.
I contacted them through cargurus.com setup a appointment to look a specific car. When it can time to the appointment the price was $2000 more than what was advertised. They pretended like it was not. Drove the car that I made the appointment for and decided to get it. Now at this point I was already preapproved with my credit union. The sales manger insisted on me applying for financing but I had to tell them multiple times that I already financing. Brayden was excellent. True to his word and on time. He communicated very well and I'd buy from him again. Excellent, excellent experience.
Friendly. Have only talked over the phone. Hesitate on giving a full review until I meet them this weekend. They were not willing to negotiate over the phone so I'm making a 4.5 hour drive. Hope it's fine.
