On Saturday 4/3/21. I went to Mazda dealership in Orem to pick up my car Mazda 3 2016 from being serviced for its alignment. I went to the front desk to ask to speak to Debra regarding a voicemail she left. I sat down with Debra and said “I was curious to see what my trade in value might be” from there she asked what kind of car I would want to trade my current car in for. I had a great experience here. Service is great, this is my 3rd lease with them and ive always had great service.
Absolutely Horrible! Stay away! Don't buy here. I went in to test drive a car last week and was treated with disrespect and one of their sales people was so rude that I went in to speak to the manager but the manager was just as rude. They discriminate against Latinos in this place. Lawsuit may be coming soon.
