After calling 3 other Lock smiths and having to wait for 3 hours I finally decided to call Orem Lock! And within 30 minutes *** was at my location and done within 10 minutes with reprogramming new car key and unlocking my car! I highly recommend this guy's fast and great customer **********************!
My key broke inside the ignition of my car. The car was still running. I called them five minutes before closing and the employee named Jared told me he would wait for me to get there (it would be a 15 min drive). Jared and his co-workers waited and they were very friendly and nice. Being out of town from Florida, they made me feel very comfortable and greeted me with a nice smile even though they could have closed their store and be home instead of working. These guys are so great! My 2 year old locked himself in a bedroom that has a key lock, of course we couldn’t find the key �. After about 45 minutes of trying to pick it ourselves (he was safe and happy), I called to find out if it was cheaper to just break the door down or saw it up top than having these guys come out.
