My key broke inside the ignition of my car. The car was still running. I called them five minutes before closing and the employee named Jared told me he would wait for me to get there (it would be a 15 min drive). Jared and his co-workers waited and they were very friendly and nice. Being out of town from Florida, they made me feel very comfortable and greeted me with a nice smile even though they could have closed their store and be home instead of working. These guys are so great! My 2 year old locked himself in a bedroom that has a key lock, of course we couldn’t find the key �. After about 45 minutes of trying to pick it ourselves (he was safe and happy), I called to find out if it was cheaper to just break the door down or saw it up top than having these guys come out. Phenomenal service! Couldn't get into my car and they came within 10 minutes! And, without me evening asking, they called Honda to see if there was a remote transmitter available and what they charged for it. Saved the hassle of looking for one! Then I needed the lock on my door replaced. It was fixed in a little over an hour without having to make an appointment first! Great price! Even better service!
