Short tempered, likes to talk about himself ALOT, wastes patients time. Never answers a direct question. After years of going to this office he was unaware of my health issues.

Where to begin. Rude staff. 2 hour appointment to get medication filled (that I've been on for two years). Referred to a OB to get the worst kind of BC for my body. Thank goodness my OB knows what she's doing and was able to correct Dr. Ogdens mistake. I was told to get blood work done "just because" and then received a fat bill for it. The staff claimed they spoke with my insurance. Come to find out that means "electronically verified" and the staff tried to blame me for believing they called. Great service. This place cares about each of their patients. The entire staff are caring people and love giving the best service to all new patients.
Long waits in the waiting room, and even ridiculously longer waits to see the dr. Scheduling here needs major overhaul. If your appt. is at a certain time, waiting an hour and a half plus just to see the dr. is beyond belief.
