Personal attention, small hospital Any time that I have had to visit Orem Community Hospital for emergency purposes, I have had to wait for quite awhile. Once I got in to see a Doctor, I felt like they were very good to make me feel comfortable. Because it is a smaller hospital, I feel that you get more attention. If you are going there to have a baby, this would be a good place to go, but if you are needing major medical attention, they will usually send you to another hospital. Small and Personal This hosptial is surrounded by green fields on which localers come to play ultimate frisbee quite often. Because this is a smaller hospital, the service is fast and the doctors are very friendly and personable. Many people prefer to deliver babies here due to the personalization and special attention given to each patient. However, if any major complications occur, they will send you to Utah Valley Regional Hospital in Provo. Very clean and organized hospital. Friendly ER.

Good I have had to go there once to have an ultrasound and the staff was very friendly and I was seen very quickly. I have had a few friends deliver babies there and they have been very happy with it.

great labor and delivery experience I was impressed with the staff in the L&D ward of Orem Community Hospital when I gave birth earlier this year. My labor nurse was absolutely excellent. She was always available and can't me and the doctor updated on my status. I had a nice big room to myself. The lactation instruction, use of a pump, etc could have been better (maybe they are great for perfect circumstances but mine was not). Overall, I would recommend Orem Community for those who want a smaller hospital experience.
