I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. And our kids love them. The entire staff is very interactive with the children and their office is child friendly!!

Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly

Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. They encouraged second opinions
