Had an unexpected battery failure 48 miles from the O'Reilly Auto Parts Store in Blanding, Utah. Called and spoke to Samantha, she confirmed they had the battery I needed in stock, told me how to order it on-line from her store and dispatched an associate to deliver it to me at the hotel 48 miles away! Samantha saved our trip! Alternator started to fail on our drive up. We made it into the parking lot here. Samantha tested both batteries and alternator and found the alternator was failing. Luckily they had a replacement in stock. Afterwards she provided us information on four different mechanics in the area to get it installed and us back on the road! Could not be more grateful.
My check engine light came on during a road trip from the Seattle area. Staff had a code reader and helped me diagnose it was probably just a fuel cap not tight and they were able to help me reset it. Phew! Thank you friendly & helpful O’Reilly staff.
I'm new to the area and I work in the conservation space lots of dirt roads and hard on vehicles and so many times Samantha and the team have helped to bail me out. The store is immaculately clean and there's always friendly faces and I'm just so grateful for such good service when things are stressful with broken downvehicles.
