I stopped there to grab a hub oil but couldn’t find it and it was not on shelf.Austin asked me what I needed and told him i needed a hub oil.he went in the back and grabbed one for me .i needed that so bad for my truck next day in early morning .Thank you Austin for your help .
Worst experience I have ever had at a parts store. They tried to not honor the price they had already quoted me. It took 3 people and 20 minutes to pull 2 rotors. I could overlook that if every single person didn’t act like I was an extreme inconvenience for asking them to do their jobs. The one person up front who successfully helped anyone while I was there is the only employee they should keep. I apologize I didn’t get his name but he’s a bit shorter and had long curly hair.
