Very helpful.
I do quite a bit of business here, and haven't had much trouble. I'm out of town and my wife had to go in and replace a battery. I thought O'Reilly was known for replacing batteries. They tell her they only replace the easy ones. She goes home and does it herself in a few minutes. She does not work on cars. I think it was probably pretty easy. I think Grant didnt want to go out in the cold. Now I have to go elsewhere for my parts.
Great people working here! Honest and friendly. Highly recommend!!!
