Zero stars wasn’t an option. I have always had amazing service at O'Reilly Auto Parts until today. I was stranded and needed a new battery. I was told I could bring my battery in for them to see which one I needed and I could buy it there, but I would have to take it to a shop to have it installed. I have always had battery’s installed at O’Reilly’s and there website even says it. I am still shocked at their unwillingness to be more helpful. There was nothing special about the battery I needed!
