Staff at this location are almost always absent, unhelpful, or downright rude. On my most recent visit, I asked for help finding an electrical connector. An employee suggested I “go try NAPA” instead of finding one in store. I guess that’s what I’ll do 👍
I needed to top off my oil and coolant and proceeded to drop the cap into the bottom of my engine compartment. I told Ken inside and Ken came outside in the cold and propped up my car, dug up some tools, unscrewed part of the pan where the cap was stuck and was able to get it out. This level of service is extremely hard to find these days and it truly is above and beyond. I’ve always loved Oreillys and this is why.
