Stopped in today with my son to have his car battery checked and also asked about a headlight that wasn't working. I was beyond impressed with the service we received from the manager, I think her name was Leanne, and from Curtis. They were both very friendly and helpful. Curtis went above and beyond to not only come out and look at our car, but to actually help us replace both headlights that were out. The right battery I needed!
My battery was on its last gasp. Went to Autozone, because I knew they would also change out the battery. It was a no-go, they wouldn't touch it because of "liability issues". So I called O'Reilly, they said they change batteries. Marco was awesome, he changed out the battery. Which required some effort because it is set way in the back of the engine. They just sit on there phones all day and act annoyed when you come in. Not helpful at all instead super condescending thinking working at an auto parts store means you’re a 5 star mechanic who knows everything. Very unpleasant staff
Curtis and Marco were so helpful in checking out what was wrong with my car and changing out the battery. I know little about cars and they were willing to explain what they were checking and what was wrong with my car.
