Have been in twice in the last few weeks. Both times Andrew helped me out and he was outstanding. He helped me find exactly what I needed, and was making sure I got the best value for what I needed. He greeted me right away and was so eager to help. Thanks for the great service.
The customer service here is fantastic. Curtis helped us out with some missing bolts for our coolant tank. He had the right bolts in his personal bag and offered to help us out. His act of service was extraordinary.

My parents went in today to return a couple things that weren't needed. Employee “Curtis” was rude and making racist remarks throughout the transaction. I later than called to get a district managers, or regional managers name and number to contact over this issue. An employee Andrew put me on hold for about 5 minutes when i let him know what my call was regarding.
