The staff there is very helpful, I recently had a battery return and the Assistant Manager, Fox, was very helpful and followed up with me. There are many choices for auto parts in our area, but this will be my only store.
Stopped to purchase a brand new five-year battery for my car. It was totally accessible and had a handle. The sales rep said he couldn’t change it, too difficult. I was in the Automotive & Parts business for 20 years, I know a change out could’ve been done very quickly. Disappointed in the associates motivation to make a sale or help, I moved on…a mile down the road to AutoZone and they changed it in five minutes.
It's very friendly they always help you with whatever you need
Great store! Tyler was very helpful and he took the time to replace a belt that I recently purchased for a lawn mower. It's worth the extra mile drive from the other part stores to buy from here!
