I always go to O'Reilly because the service is usually great, but I just left this store furious. I received terrible service from a woman who didn't speak any English; she spoke rudely to me, assuming I didn't speak Spanish. Someone like that shouldn't be working with the public. It’s a good store, but I’m going to start going to a different one.
Today I went in to get a plate light and headlights for my car and Ricardo went beyond customer service. He gave me everything I needed and he clean my headlights as well. I recommend anybody to this location. Very professional and product knowledgeable of the roof 💪🏾
Ricardo was a great help went out hes way to really help my family getting the correct parts for my car go see him great man
This was the best experience I’ve ever had buying auto parts. I went in early today to have my battery checked, and Anderson provided wonderful service—he’s a great guy. He helped me with my battery and the check engine light; he was incredibly professional.
