Excellent customer service!!! I went in on Saturday to get headlights and spark plugs, completely expecting to be pressured into buying other goods/services or to be condescended to because I’m a woman. Not in the least. The guys (receipt said Morgan) were so helpful and respectful. 10/10 recommend Give those guys a raise!!
I just want tobsay the gentleman with the great mustache helped me last night Wed November 12th, is a life saver and deserves a raise. When 2 Advanced Autos wouldn't or couldn't replace my light bulb I was feeling a little beaten. I walked in and this great gentleman created me with a smile and was walking out the door before I even asked him for help. You just don't get employees like that. O'REILLY you out did yourself and gained a customer for life! Thank you for going the extra mile!!
I was in urgent need to get my car battery replaced on a Sunday, and clerk Elijah helped me immediately with ALL of that. Unfortunately, 20 miles later there was also a problem with my alternator, and I lost all electrical power in the middle of nowhere.
