Kenny recently helped me find the correct taillight bulbs for my car and replaced them for me. He was incredibly helpful and so very kind. It truly meant a lot to be able to go to an auto parts store and not feel intimidated or made fun of for lack of knowledge/experience. He ensured me that it’s a core value to help everyone, especially women, learn and feel comfortable at this store. He was also really funny! I will certainly be a customer for as long as Kenny is there. :)
Great place
The Assistant Manager, Kenny was a HUGE help!!! Went in for my check engine light, everything was alright, went next door to the Smoothie place and grabbed smoothies, but my car wouldn't start. Kenny rushed over, checked my jump started my battery, and helped me pick a new one and replace it before the smoothies melted!!! A real MVP
