Your worker Daniel was very unprofessional. He made comments about how he felt about my Keychains, made hateful slurs against others, complained about all the music these days and then tried to insinuate that I was unable to pay while I was purchasing a new battery for my key fob. The other 2 people working were also uncomfortable and one of them excused themselves from the conversation. The level of unprofessionalism was so bad I have to report it.
I am very pleased with the excellent service and the knowledgeable staff. The battery test confirmed its failure, and the replacement and installation were handled efficiently. The young man's expertise in VW vehicles was particularly impressive. I will certainly consider this my preferred auto store in the future.
The gentleman who helped me diagnose the issue with my car and then helped me resolve it went above and beyond, finding the product I needed and taught me how to install it. So friendly and helpful! Thank you!!
