Rented the tools for free basically after you return them on time. Ordered the part around 5pm and it was there the next morning around 9am and got a core money returned tool money when finished the power steering pump which was also available for my Hemi 6.1 in my SRT8. Go O'Reilly's!! 😎💪
Unprofessional said the part for my car will be their the next day now turns out I have to wait longer for the part to be their because their rep didn’t know
I wanna give a shout out to Jenny. She was amazing took all my info and tracked down a caliper I was looking for called me back to confirm another store had it. She did an amazing job. Now Madison is disrespectful and just straight rude. I will go to fourth st from now on. Let's go Jenny. And another shout out to Seth for also helping out to confirm everything went well thank you guys.
Seth, store manager of the 4th St. store in Beloit was so friendly and helpful today assisting me with brake light replacements for my SUV. He made sure I purchased the right bulbs and then installed them both. Seth also made sure all other lights were working properly. This is a service provided by O’Reilly but having a knowledgeable, experienced and friendly employee is not always a certainty, today it was! Thanks again Seth
