I went to my local O'Reillys this morning on March 25, 2025, and was greeted and helped with the top tier customer service. Mr. Alex talked and gave truck advice while my battery way being charged. As long as Mr. Alex works there I will be coming to O'Reillys for my car or truck needs. If only most people behind counters could be like Mr. Alex I wouldn't dread going into places and asking for assistance. Idk how long he's been there but give him a raise.
Alex the general manager was very accommodating and helpful. Give him a raise!
Manager helped me with my bags of absorbent and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Haven’t received this level of customer service in a while, it was quite refreshing on this frustrating work day
Definitely shop this store! The new manager Alex is jam up and if he's not there if you can deal with Mr Herman you will not go wrong at this place guaranteed!!!
Everyone was helpful and polite.
