Carlos was absolutely rude and helped another customer while helping me. Made my 5 minute transaction into a 20 minute wait, even when I was in line first.
David was so helpful and friendly. He definitely went above and beyond by helping me install my windshield wipers. He deserves a promotion! Thank you David! 😄

Witnessed the worst customer service I've ever seen at this location on 8/2/25 around 4:30pm. Employee named Carlos was incredibly rude and dismissive to a customer who simply asked for help finding oil, telling him "it's on the shelf, I'm not available" even though he wasn't helping anyone else. When the customer came back with a different oil asking if it would work, Carlos completely ignored him and spent 15 minutes speaking casually in Spanish with another customer while we all waited.
