Witnessed the worst customer service I've ever seen at this location on 8/2/25 around 4:30pm. Employee named Carlos was incredibly rude and dismissive to a customer who simply asked for help finding oil, telling him "it's on the shelf, I'm not available" even though he wasn't helping anyone else. When the customer came back with a different oil asking if it would work, Carlos completely ignored him and spent 15 minutes speaking casually in Spanish with another customer while we all waited. Alex is wonderful helped me at last minute emergency with windshield wipers and stayed even a bit after closing just to get me going on the road safely. Just because of that, now I will be forwarding all my family car part needs to his store. Thank you Alex! Great to know that excellent customer service still exist!
