I am frequent customer at this location. Customer service is mid at best. One employee in particular was very unpleasant and I’ll never forget the horrible service I received. Her name is Vicky and I believe she the manager of that location. She does not work well with people. It’s a shame to be treated with such disrespect as a paying customer.
Called and kept getting hung up on when trying to get brakes for my vehicle, shame if you hate yourself and the job quit
Its O-reillys man! Out of the major three chain auto parts stores; they usually have the parts in stock that others done. This particular store was very well staffed. I had a small issue with my truck, pulled in, and before it was over, two of the guys was helping me make a part change in the parking lot. Great People; Great Customer Service.
