Walked in after just having left Auto Zone for lack of an employee willing to help me locate a part. Only went there because of how close it was to my location. Upon walking into O’Reilly , Rayvon from behind the counter greeted me and asked how he could help. Without asking , he walked over and helped me locate a simple $8 part I was in need of. First time ever visiting an O’Reilly and was extremely pleased. Thanks again and keep it up!

Service was awesome, gave me options to resolve my issue, had personal experience to back it up, and recommended the better product for my issue rather than the more expensive one. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!
