I love these guys, they are so professional, and they have great senses of humor. I went in today to get a headlight bulb for my manly Rav4. Fernando took care of me, and he is great with customers. What an asset he is. Thanks O'Reillys! This next part was added on Dec 15, 2025... I went in to get a bulb for my other headlight. Rick Tracy came out with me, and then he installed the bulb for me. What a great guy! I think they only hire cool people to work at O'Reilly. That's good!

O'Reilly's is by far my favorite auto parts store in New Milford has some of the best employees as far as knowledgeability and customer service they also seem to normally have the parts that you need in stock or will have them by the next day
