Great staff, had my parts on counter waiting for me
Customer service is a joke. The knowledge they provide is that of a child. No professionals, always suggesting the wrong parts and trying to make it your fault. No manners, they always act like your a problem and want you to "Hurry up and buy" I'm very disappointed and think someone needs to step in and make some changes for the better.
Have gone to the store many times have dealt with this company for years today I went in to get some bulbs because I got pulled over for a brake light out. The kid behind the counter said he couldn’t push my brake pedal because he was on probation and could not get into another vehicle so I hit the brake pedal. He said Yep it’s the right one went in and bought the bulbs was kind of suspect because the bulb did not look blown a girl there that I now know is new to the company.
