Came in with a taillight that was out—Troy was extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly to find me the right bulb and change it for me on the spot!
I always go to the dealer for oil changes but wanted to try valvoline. Waited in line for over 20 minutes and after having to pick a lane. If you dont pick the lane a car that comes way after can get helped first. Why cant an employee direct to fastest lane? Also, it is shady not to have a price online but have to wait in line to find out. I decided not to wait in line as webite said 20 minute wait and so I left and I ill not go back but will make appt with dealer.
