I always go to the dealer for oil changes but wanted to try valvoline. Waited in line for over 20 minutes and after having to pick a lane. If you dont pick the lane a car that comes way after can get helped first. Why cant an employee direct to fastest lane? Also, it is shady not to have a price online but have to wait in line to find out. I decided not to wait in line as webite said 20 minute wait and so I left and I ill not go back but will make appt with dealer.
The service was terrible. Nobody there wanted to do their job. Seemed like they where hanging out waiting on closing.
Jonny was Hella rude. I came in for a pickup and some oil. God forbid we do 2 transactions together. You are getting paid. Just grab the order.
Brian has been absolutely wonderful every single time I’ve been in. He goes above and beyond during every interaction and is always willing to give his time and more. I have been in the store on 4 different occasions and he has gone above and beyond to diagnose issues and offer suggestions. I can’t recommend this store enough.
