Brian has been absolutely wonderful every single time I’ve been in. He goes above and beyond during every interaction and is always willing to give his time and more. I have been in the store on 4 different occasions and he has gone above and beyond to diagnose issues and offer suggestions. I can’t recommend this store enough.
Johnny is the real homie. Went about and beyond for my car. Next time you in, ask for Johnny!

I have been loyal to Oreillys for thirty years. Today, I had a very disturbing experience, I usually go to the store in Graham where I have had great service but recently moved closer to the Fredrickson store. I had purchased a magnetic spark plug socket which had been damaged before purchase and didn’t hold the plugs as expected. Very disappointed with my experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts. I purchased spark plugs here, and unfortunately they turned out to be defective. When I came back to return them, the staff refused to accept the return, even though I was clearly told at the time of purchase that I would have 15 days to return them if needed. What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the employee, Briar (with an orange beard).
