Locked trash cans because homeless guy (me) got some cardboard to sleep on and left no mess behind... I confronted them, manager states "people were throwing trash in there" but nothing was in there but oriellys cardboard... if your lucky, one day you will answer to God

Customer services excellent.
Things you notice....when some employees are there, they greet and say help you or be right with you. My last visit not one word was said, and wasn't offered help. I do look my own stuff up for my convenience anyway, but there are totally 2 standards here. Update 2/25, have been back several times and was welcomed at store on all visits.
