Went to replace my battery. I have never received the type of service I got from Mando. He was knowledgeable kind, and went above and beyond to help me with my needs. Mando gets 5 golden stars ⭐️.
I had one great experience where I needed windshield wipers and the young man found the right ones and installed them and was very friendly. Today I wondered around until the manager yelled to the back room that there were customers waiting. I had plenty of time to shop their batteries and finally a child came out and quoted me the most expensive battery on the shelf. I have a KIA Forte with a tiny 4 cylinder engine. He said that was my only choice. I left and went straight to Walmart. Learned my lesson.
I went there with the intention to buy a sensor for one of my cars, but unfortunately they didn’t have it in stock. The sale representative was nice and friendly though, at least he gave me advice to check different places, just because I didn’t wanted to wait for them to order it for me, he also printed the exact part on paper that I was looking for, so next person would be able to find it quickly, which was so nice of him.
