Walked in, grabbed a socket, waited quite a while for someone to appear and take my money with no luck. This is the second time I’ve tried unsuccessfully to buy something in this empty store so i guess I’ll take the hint.
I had an awesome experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts thanks to Louis! He went above and beyond to help me when my car battery died. Not only did he find the right replacement quickly, but he also installed it for me right there in the parking lot with a great attitude. He explained everything clearly, made sure everything was working perfectly, and even checked a few other things just to be sure I was good to go.
