I was in there the other day looking for some car cleaning products and there was nice lady who helped me i believe her name was Hannah. She was super smart and helpful. 10 out of 10 experience. I would go back only because she was so great.
Rod was absolutely amazing! He was so kind, patient, and helpful throughout my warranty exchange. He made the whole process quick and easy and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Customer service like this really makes a difference, especially when you’re already dealing with the stress of car repairs. 😭😂 I truly appreciate how helpful and professional he was. Teresa locked the door at 9:00 exactly asi had already pulled up and parked. Fire this employee i am sick of this sort of thing. One bad apple spoils the bunch. Taking business to auto zone. So sad. So crappy, normally you guys are so helpful. Bad play Teresa this has cost your company many hundreds to some thousands of dollars. Sincerely, disappointed.
