Would not recommend purchasing electric parts. I had to replace my evap purge solenoid 3 times in the span of 4 months. The product Isa limited lifetime warranty and I understand it's their policy but to sell a product made to fail is ridiculous. Then after 3 warranty swaps, you can't get a new one or return it. You're stuck with a defective part and forced to purchase a new one if you want your car to be running correctly. I believe this falls under the manufacturer for producing this terrible product knowing these problems... read more
Went in today to have check engine light diagnosed, Adrian (store Manager) stated I have to wait until other associate was finished checking a customer's battery.. then after waiting a lil while, he said for second time, it's a service they provide but they have to take care of all the customers in line first before taking care of me! WoW extremely poor customer service!!! It's like I would be there for hours until the line subsides. Never had this issue at other Oreillystores.
