I had such a great experience thanks to CJ today. He helped replace my car battery and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He was super kind, patient, and really took the time to explain what he was doing, which I really appreciated. I actually feel like I learned how to change a battery myself now because of him! It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people, and CJ definitely went above and beyond. Huge thank you to him for making my day so much easier. O’Reilly is lucky to have him!

I walked in to this O'Reilly auto shop for a engine light check device, & the salesperson clerk took the device & walked out towards my vehicle to check out why the engine light turned on. He put the monitor on & took it off quickly. He walked inside the store & connected to the computer systems & said everything seems OK. He printed out the information & show me that if I go to have a smog check it will passed because it says all is fine, & is check green meaning ok.
