I walked in to this O'Reilly auto shop for a engine light check device, & the salesperson clerk took the device & walked out towards my vehicle to check out why the engine light turned on. He put the monitor on & took it off quickly. He walked inside the store & connected to the computer systems & said everything seems OK. He printed out the information & show me that if I go to have a smog check it will passed because it says all is fine, & is check green meaning ok. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and just generally friendly staff! Definitely the best location I’ve found in SoCal.
Wesley gave excellent customer service. This Miramar store did not have my specific car battery, but the Mira Mesa 8 minutes away did. Wesley got Mira Mesa’s store to bring the battery up front and have it ready by the time I walked in. Thanks Oreilly’s Team!

I absolutely do not recommend it. The service is terrible, they speak rudely, and when you ask for something, they don't even bother to help you.
