All I had was a return today of 2 parts. The counter man was very polite and respectful but explained it was early in the day but since I had payed cash and did not have a credit card to put the refund on they could not help me because they did not have any cash in the drawers. That's apparently a company policy. With the exception of that I like the store and the personnel.
The guy was very helpful I only needed coolant for my work van. He helped me find the right one. I had to use 2 different gift cards and he never sweeted me. He made it a great experience. Thank you
Gasket failed, and car started leaking oil and smoking mid-drive. O'Reilly had exactly what I needed. Helpful staff lent me some basic tools to get the job done. Super grateful 🙏
