I needed to get a replacement for an oil cap, about four minutes before they closed, and the night crew on March 5, 2026, totally had my back when I called them in a pretty worried state. When I showed up they had the part at the counter ready to go. Solid fellows, much appreciated.
Unfortunately the part listed on line I drove 30 minutes to purchase was not in stock. Store was busy but the staff did a good job of being attentive to everyone and quickly addressing each customer.
I always prefer going to O’Reillys but after the customer service I received today from one employee I will not be returning to this location.
