I've never had an O'Reilly be so difficult about a rental tool return. I was apparently past the 48 hours so they refused to do the return for it. It wasn't even 2 days past that, and no O'Reilly has ever given me a hard time about that before. I ended up going to a different location and they were able to help me out with no issues.
They always have the parts that I need. The counter guys have good experience from working on cars and trucks.
I drove from Rockdale, TX to this store since the Rockdale store put in a customer will call for me so I paid for the rental of the AC Vacuum Pump there and drove to go pick it up in Round Rock. I made the mistake of relying on these people to do their job and trusted that the product I made a deposit on had everything I needed. The store knew an HOUR in advance that I’d be coming.
