The employee that I spoke with had a VERY bad attitude
Been coming here for the past year no problem till I met Jonathan. I was just picking up a part. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was very bothered that I was asking him anything. Seems like he could care less about his job. I questioned if he was even an employee, Thought it was a homeless man behind the counter the stench coming from him was horrible.
I've never had an O'Reilly be so difficult about a rental tool return. I was apparently past the 48 hours so they refused to do the return for it. It wasn't even 2 days past that, and no O'Reilly has ever given me a hard time about that before. I ended up going to a different location and they were able to help me out with no issues.
