Friendly staff on the phone and in person. They had the alternator in stock I needed for my car. They even priced matched as they were the second autoparts store I called. Clean store, easy in and out location in Summerville off of Cental Ave, Summerville, SC.
Friendly, but expensive and then military discount on $41.62 was .60 cents. I'll stick to AutoZone
I had two stops here yesterday: 1- I went in to buy a thermostat for my truck...the associate, I didn't catch her name, was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me locate the right part. I was going to replace it myself, however I found out (my own fault for not checking before), that my warranty covered thermostat replacement. 2- An hour later I went back to return the thermostat...the associate (Different than ^^), while he could have been annoyed that I was just in, was very understanding, friendly and professional and did my ret... read more
