The store was organized , low traffic was in and out quickly.
Brian has no idea what customer service is. Lost a customer and propably wont return knowing he still works there.
If the big dude hates his job so much, why not just quit instead of treating customers like shit. I’m a mechanic, I went in to get some things for a job, and this guy was THE most unpleasant person I have met in a looong time. Please put a self checkout in your store because I’m sure a lot of people avoid this place because of him. I know i’m never going back
