Super Nice People
One of few parts stores where the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Reminds me of what it used to be like back in the day.
Had a customer tow a vehicle to me from another supposed repair shop. They had just paid for a transmission replacement and were missing parts because this other hole in the wall was keeping them or return them. He purchased the part with his personal credit at oriellys. The shop was a scam and returned his parts and got refunded cash. He calls corporate office and they claim if you pay credit card under any account at this location apparently. he staff member was super helpful and friendly during my visit. This store was organized and very clean. I was surprised that this location maintains a large inventory of car batteries, which was my expectation for a dedicated auto parts store.
