Had parts i needed.
Terrible customer service at this O'Reilly Auto Parts location. I came in needing help with a specific part and the employee, Cadarrien, was entirely unhelpful. He had a bad attitude the entire time like he didn’t even want to be there. We explained clearly what we were looking for but we left without the part because either they didn’t have it or he just didn’t want to take the time to find it. I think it’s kinda weird that you have a free service for warning lights and the people at the counter can’t provide the service. Guy said he can’t go outside because his manager says he can’t go outside. To me it seems like you don’t want to do the job but I guess this is the kind of world we live in today.
This location Hampton and Wheatland I went in for a check engine light and they told me to go back in one hour or more because they couldn’t do it at the moment.
