Not a great experience with this store recently. I travelled across town to find a specific part that only this location had, not only among other Oreillys, but other parts store chains. When I arrived, the rep at the counter looked up the part and determined that it must be in the back, however, he spent about two minutes looking for it and promptly announced that he couldn’t find it. I must not have been clear in my initial review. The service was so bad that after standing there holding all the things I wanted to buy that I put everything back and walked all the way down to Target in the August sun. I won't be back.

Stopped in today to get pricing on a few parts as I'm troubleshooting to repair smallest to largest expense. Was helped by Jairo. I explained the issue to him and he was very knowledgeable and even recommended a local mechanic since I'm new to the area. If Jairo was a mechanic, he would get my business. I appreciate the help.
