Came to the store to purchase lightbulbs for my headlights got them home and for the life of me could not get them changed so u called O’Reillys and spoke with a youngman named Jose he was wonderful he told me to bring my car over and he will see what he can do, he made it look so easy thank you Jose for your great customer service you are an asset to this location thank you so much.
they not like to help customer - ask for help to replace wiper and have fun ask why I do not know how to replaced auto zone help me to do it
