I’m writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to your store. I was there to return an item with my receipt in hand, but the process became incredibly hostile. Staff didn't seem eager to help. Just pointed me in a general direction and left me to fend for myself. They didn't have the product I needed in stock either
