Andrew and Alfredo went above and beyond to help me purchase a car cup holder console. Being, I'm handicapped and couldn't go into the store Andrew brought out options out to me at my car I paid for it and went on my way and felt very good. Yesterday, Mar 19th, I went to O'Reilly because my neighbor told me I had two tail lights out. I'm 86 years old and don't have anyone near me to help with this. Andrew, an O'Reilly employee, was so kind and helpful. He took the time to check my car and then replaced the faulty bulbs for me. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew for helping me. Thank you Andrew and O'Reilly for your support.
Alfredo is truly above and beyond guy , he is amazing , This location is my daily parts shopping being mobile mechanic. Every time I'm there, Alfredo would provide excellent assistance he is very knowledgeable and very respectful. Also, Danny is amazing he would help every single time . Good job, guys 👍
I asked them to check the check engine light on my car and they were very helpful in providing me the report and figuring out what the problem was on my car. Would come back again.
Came for some parts needed for our cargo vans and Alfredo was extremely helpful.
