Went in for some windshield wipers. I brought the old pair to compare. There was three empoyees and I was the only customer in the store at the time. I asked the empoyee behind the counter who greated me, which would have the attachements needed. This seemed like a reasonable question as they offer free wiper install. He said a couple brands. The gentleman in this O'Reilly's Auto parts store on maysville road fort Wayne were awesome
Guys working there are great. Websites and prices are horrible. Website said my part was in stock at this location. Twenty minute drive to find out they don't have it in stock, but they can order it for double the price that it said online.
Michael was excellent. Despite a busy store he took the time to cross reference parts and provide me with 5+ star service. Very thankful for his help today.
