I was traveling for work and was over an hour and a half away from home and stopped for lunch not far from the O'Reilly's on Maysville road. When I came out to start my car it was completely dead. Alan G. helped me get a new battery and went above and beyond to actually install it for me even though others in the store told him he shouldn't do it because it was too far away from the store (less than 20 feet in the same shopping area) and that my car battery needs to be changed by a Chrysler because of the computer system. I needed a new battery for my car. This was the only store that I could find the brand of battery that I wanted. They were friendly and professional. They changed my battery and everything has been working well since.
I had a very bad experience with Angela and Alan, I bought a $300 car battery from this store, but the service was really bad. I asked them to check my car's alternator, and I had to wait over 35 minutes for it to be checked. The service was really bad.He said he would be with me shortly. I went to ask 3 times who was going to help me, but no one ever came. I do not recommend this place, it is really bad.
