I purchased a battery at apparently the busiest time of day and the teamwork was outstanding 👌 not to mention the laughs and general vibe to the store they brought. My new favorite store in town, totally changed my day and put a smile on my face!!!! Great job O'Reilly's for the outstanding choice in employees 👏

I had the BEST experience with OReilly Auto Parts on South Street Pittsfield Ma. We had an Energency here at the Hilton 445 Pittsfield Rd the front desk clerks battery bit the dust we had no tools nothing. I called OReillys they were “No Problem.” We jumped the car, got it to 163 South Street. When i got there a young man named Ryan Pires DROPPED EVERYTHING.
