I went O Reilly on spring valley and watervew in Richardson Tx , and I received bad customer service with a person name John, he told me that to remove my battery myself ,and he would change it for me.it was unusual experience, I have never work with a car. I was so disappointed and the way he told me wasn't nice way:( and I want to another location to trinity and Marsh lane. I found un Angel man and life saver .He changed my battery and make me 😊 Thank you so much Alejandro
Lee the old man is rude and inexperienced. I’ve dealt with him multiple times. I’m a dealer tech with decades of experience and ASE under my belt. I told him the alternator doesn’t charge when it’s heat soaked. He brushed it off and said the machine tested the alternator as good, well of course since it was alternator was cooled off. Just right now I called to get a part ordered so I can have it near by for my shop. He said I had to pay before getting the part here.
