I have to use a rollator bc of breathing issues. So I called while sitting in front of the store. Eric answered the phone. I advised that I needed wiper blades and was he able to put them on and then take my card to pay for them. He advised he could. Eric was a life saver not having to deal with getting my rollator in and out of my car. Thanks again Eric for your outstanding customer service.
I recently went to O’Reilly’s auto parts to get headlight and blinker bulbs replaced in my car and had the best experience and best associate possible. Jonah Thomas was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and kind and helped me with my issue, making my experience, quick and efficient!
