Honestly, I walked in expecting a quick errand and walked out feeling like I'd just had a genuinely pleasant conversation. The folks here are the kind of helpful that doesn't make you feel silly for asking basic questions, which I really appreciate. I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts in desperation. I needed to put my new license plates on my car and my dealer is far away. Kirk, immediately had a big smile and said of course he would help me. In just a few minutes, a task I could not accompish was done and I was on my way. It was one of the nicest customer service moments I have experienced in a long time. THANK YOU Kirk.
Came in with battery issues (needed a new one) Kirt was extremely helpful. He was able to change out the battery easily and get me on my way. Great customer service and positive!
