Stopped into O’Reilly Auto Parts after having some trouble elsewhere, and the difference was night and day. The staff took the time to actually listen, explained what they could and couldn’t do, and still made the effort to scan my vehicle even though the check engine light wasn’t currently on. They were able to pull the stored code and walk me through what it meant. Super helpful, professional, and didn’t rush me at all. Exactly the kind of customer service you hope for. I’ll definitely be back.
Amazing service and help with my headlight bulb installation. I don’t know the gentleman’s name that helped me, but he went above and beyond, especially compared to Auto Zone around the corner, not wanting to be bothered.
