Sold me the wrong seal twice. I needed a thermostat housing seal, not a thermostat gasket. The employee argued that the correct gasket wouldn't fit because the new o-ring was round. I explained the o ring forms to the groove in the thermostat housing. 0/10 customer service. Will be using a new parts supplier from here on, after decades of giving oreillys business.
One guy working and wasn’t in a rush to help anyone even the customer he was “helping” Can’t believe I stood there 15 minutes and he didnt even acknowledge I was there and I just needed to purchase the item I had in my hand… They need a self checkout or more/better staff.
I went there to have my battery checked. The girl checked the battery and the alternator. Bad battery. Alternator good. Then she told me they couldn't install the battery in my Ford truck. She said a special tool was needed and even if I installed a new battery, my truck would not fire without having the tool and resetting the computer. THIS IS A LIE 🤥 Ford said it wasn't true.
