Great help and great service
I literally called eight times, they kept putting me on hold I was on hold for over 25 minutes before I finally gave up every time I called back they would put me straight on hold not good customer service at all and not a good job at all Savannah she was the one that answered first few times and keeped putting me on hold.
This is the most organized O’Reilly’s I have even been in. James is amazing! He is patient, kind and always has a smile on his face. He has always helped me with what I was looking for and if it wasn’t there then he would order it and it would be there the next day. This will be the only store I go to from now on and will definitely be sending people there.
