One guy working and wasn’t in a rush to help anyone even the customer he was “helping” Can’t believe I stood there 15 minutes and he didnt even acknowledge I was there and I just needed to purchase the item I had in my hand… They need a self checkout or more/better staff.
I went there to have my battery checked. The girl checked the battery and the alternator. Bad battery. Alternator good. Then she told me they couldn't install the battery in my Ford truck. She said a special tool was needed and even if I installed a new battery, my truck would not fire without having the tool and resetting the computer. THIS IS A LIE 🤥 Ford said it wasn't true. Typically i wouldn’t leave reviews but theres a worker there named Savannah. She was rude and vaping inside the establishment. She wasn’t helping me at all and was actively avoiding me.
