Worst customer service ever. I arrived first thing in the morning due to my car overheating. The technician ignored me for a minute, then annoyingly asked if I needed something, then interrupted me when I told him what I needed. I needed coolant, but didn't know how to open the hood. I was going to ask him if he could help me open it and see if I needed coolant, but he interrupted me to say he wasn't going to open the radiator cap and risk getting burned.
