Everytime I go in to get something. There's that one older gentleman with glasses that always have an attitude. Asked for an update and got the replied "You figure". I was pretty pissed off because I was asking politely. But oh well seems like dude is not happy with either his life or his job. Besides him everyone else that works there is amazing. Appreciate the rest, him not so much.
Two goofy men at the front unwilling to help me change my battery lied and told me I needed special tools. When I asked what tools one proceeded to say they do not sell them they are 3000$. I’m really unsure why they said that I didn’t really believe them either way. Just go to NAPA.

The gentleman helping me was great. He ran an alternator test on my vehicle. Very detailed and explained every thing in detail.
