Over the years, most of the standout employees I noticed have wisely escaped to greener pastures. These days, you would need a search warrant and a bloodhound to find someone willing to go the extra mile while you are spending your hard earned money. In fact, they often seem more hard pressed to finish helping you so they can sprint back outside and resume open heart surgery on their beloved junkers in the parking lot.
