I just wanted to thank Henderson and Brody for their help tonight. John the manager too last year. You've got a great staff who is knowledgeable and go out of the way to assist their customers. They truly all go thr extra mile.

I have never been to a O'Reilly Auto Parts store even though I drive by one every time I go to Cobleskill NY. I needed a $10.00 turn signal lens. I wasn't sure if the 3 prong connector would match, I spoke with Bubba twice, what a chill, smart, friendly, knowledgeable guy he was. I had to call their main office and I spoke with Ian for about 15 minutes to help me with this online order. He was just great. I called my local store back, Bubba placed my order.
