Used to be very attentive and helpful, lately 3 guys in the back talking and one helping the line of customers waiting and with no sense of urgency.

Went today for valve cover bolts about 4 pm a lot of people in line one person on the counter see one person in the office looking at all the people in line some of the staff in the back laughing shooting the bull finally I made eye contact with kid in office he came to the counter I told him what I needed he looked it it up the said we can't get it I worked for O'Reilly's auto part in Jacksonville Florida for eight years the manager for this store has not trained his staff right about never.
