I went in this morning to get the stuff to recharge my A. C and ask the gentleman if he could help me or if he knew how to do it? And he says, no, and yes, no, he won't help me and yes, he knows how to do it, I'm driving around and my AC needs to be charged. And he got rude with me, so I asked for the most phenomenal man there, which is Mr. Hank and he wasn't there to see if he knew someone that could help me and/ or if he could and the gentleman got very rude with me. Always great service and people. I needed a part same day, since I needed my car to work the next day, but they didn’t have it available until next day. The counter associate call other parts store in town to help me get the part same day. That’s what I call service. Never had any other parts associate from other parts store do this before and I get lots of parts since I have a few vehicles. Would recommend getting your parts here with honest and integral people.
Keith is the reason I continually go back to o'reilly's! My brake lights were out and Keith. It was so pleasant and gracious about putting in new ones, even though it was a real pain. Every time I go to o'reilly's ( they are not all named keith) this is the service you get. My car believes I need to spend money on it every day and for the most part.That's true. Today was batteries for the key fob. Not only did he find the battery for me, but he took about twenty minutes to figure out how to put it in. Very conscientious and ... read more
